Helen is absolutely lovely and I couldn’t recommend her enough! She is so friendly and immediately makes you feel comfortable and at ease. She’s incredibly easy to talk to and has been so helpful in working through any issues or challenges I’ve had. I always feel listened to and supported, and I’ve come away from each session feeling so much better.
